NLF BOOTCAMP

Our BOOTCAMP classes are an abbreviated version of our Group Classes but don't let that fool you into thinking they're easy.

 

These classes are set up to get you in, work hard, cool down, and out the door in 45 minutes.

We accomplish this by using simple, easy to perform movements that don't require a big learning curve.

 

We incorporate the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, rowing, biking, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight in our workouts to help you get stronger, leaner, and faster.
